Welcome to KYM (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking classes, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they’re designed to protect both you and our community.

By engaging with KYM — online or in-studio — you agree to act respectfully toward all staff, trainers, and members. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships if behavior disrupts the KYM environment or violates our policies.

• All memberships, class packs, and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   
• Memberships begin on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
   
• Payments are processed securely through our trusted partners.
   
• You are responsible for keeping your billing details up to date.
   
• KYM reserves the right to adjust pricing or class schedules with reasonable notice.
  
   

By participating in KYM sessions, you confirm that:

• You are physically fit and cleared for exercise.
   
• You understand that fitness activities involve inherent risks.
   
• You release KYM and its staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
   

Please inform your trainer of any medical conditions or injuries prior to class.

• Be kind, clean, and mindful of others.
   
• Arrive on time to honor the energy of the session.
   

KYM reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants who do not follow studio rules.

All content on our website, including logos, text, videos, and images, is the property of KYM and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

KYM may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be resolved under those laws.
